Our MXL series pulleys are made from anodized aluminum, which provides good resistance to corrosion. The pulleys have trapezoidal teeth that match the grooves on the inside diameter of timing belts, allowing them to move components forward or backward. It is important to choose a pulley with a maximum belt width that is equal to or greater than your timing belt width for optimal performance.
